This 6-ounce box turtle food is a delicious treat for captive box turtles. It's packed with whole corn and apples, which are two of their favorite foods. The food also has extra vitamins, minerals, and a natural flavoring agent to make turtles eager to eat. It contains apple, corn meal, whole corn, dried carrot, dextrose, soybean meal, fish bone meal, brewers yeast, kelp powder, gums, apple flavoring, and a vitamin mix. Feed your box turtles 2 full tbsp (1/4 can) per turtle. Place the turtle next to the food and leave it undisturbed for 30 to 60 minutes. Remember to vary their diet. Refrigerate any uneaten food in a separate container right away.
To use this box turtle food, simply open the can and spoon out 2 full tablespoons (which is 1/4 of the can) for each box turtle you're feeding.
