The first is a woven black polyethylene top. It offers 80% sunblock protection, which is great for your furry friend on sunny days. This top fits all 2'W x 8 Panel exercise pens when set up in a 4' x 4' square. It's crafted from 3mm high tenacity polypropylene, similar to a knot - free tennis net. With a 1¾' square mesh and #2 brass grommets spaced 12' apart around the edges, it comes with 16 plastic wire ties to attach it to the exercise pen. The second option is a black E - coat finish wire mesh top. It also fits all 2'H x 8 Panel exercise pens in a 4' x 4' square. The 90 - degree contoured edge ensures a secure fit. Made of 9 and 11 gauge wire with a black e - cost finish, it offers maximum protection against the elements. It has a mesh spacing of 1.5' x 6' and comes with 8 bolt snaps for easy attachment.

Using your MidWest Dog Kennel Top is easy. First, set up your 2'W or 2'H x 8 Panel exercise pen in a 4' x 4' square. For the woven polyethylene top, use the 16 plastic wire ties included to attach it to the wire mesh of the pen. Make sure the ties are secure so the top stays in place. For the wire mesh top, use the 8 bolt snaps to attach it to the pen. When it comes to maintenance, the woven polyethylene top can be cleaned with a mild soap and water. Just hose it down and let it dry in the sun. The wire mesh top can also be hosed down, but avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the black E - coat finish. Keep an eye on the plastic wire ties and bolt snaps. If any of them get damaged, replace them promptly to ensure the top remains secure. Also, check the mesh regularly for any signs of wear and tear, especially if your dog is an active chewer.
