Our Oatmeal and Baking Soda Conditioner gives your coat a gorgeous shimmer, a lovely scent, and a great look and feel. First, shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Then, dilute one part conditioner with seven parts water. Pour the solution over your coat. You can either rinse it off or, for extra softness, towel dry without rinsing. For mats and tangles, apply the conditioner full - strength to the area, work it in, and comb through. It contains Behenamidopropyl Pg Dimonium Chloride, Propylene Glycol, Oat Flour, Sodium Bicarbonate, Aloe Vera, and Fragrance. Size: 18oz
